Checkout & Charges
Your credit card or other method of payment will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded. On the final checkout page you will be shown the exact cost of the products, taxes, and shipping for your order, there will be no other fees. At that time you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL When you make a order and the payment goes through. We will process that order and it will be mailed out within 2-7 business day. So please make sure to contact us immediately if you want a refund. As we will not be able to provide one once the package has shipped. We give our customers at least 24 hours to request a refund before we ship the product.
Once you have clicked on the “complete order” button, unfortunately it is not possible to edit or cancel your order. However, if you need to change some parameters, like addresses, name etc., please contact us via email email@example.com as soon as possible.
We use a separate method of collecting payments to our website for our Body Island Beach Club membership area. Right now we are using Stripe to collect payments to our member subscription. This is secured and encrypted so it is safe to use your credit card or bank information.
Stripe accepts payments from:
- Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, Union Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
- You will be charge $5 every 30 days from the first day you signed up for the Body Island Beach Club membership.
- If you signed up by mistake you can contact us for a full refund within 24 hours.
- You can cancel your membership at anytime and won't be charge in the future.
- Reactivating your membership is as simple as paying the $5 again.
- Active members of Body Island Beach Club have early access to products, exclusive deals, freebies, news and other surprises. Without an active membership you won't be able to use specific discounts or access private products listed on our website for members.
We will send out a email to notify you that your order was blocked due to fraud detection, so that you can try another form of payment.
Fraudulent activity or orders will result in your account possibly being banned from using our website. If you were blocked from using our website and this was by mistake please contact us. firstname.lastname@example.org
